Warehouse Clock · Shift Countdown

A warehouse clock readable from the other end of the floor.

Production lines, fulfillment centers, and shift-based facilities run on visible time. jClock is a large-format LED warehouse clock with eight-inch digits readable across 80 meters, count-up and countdown modes for production cycles, and wireless control so a supervisor can change the cycle from a phone without crossing the floor.

Visibility

8-inch digits, 3,200 cd/m² — readable across the floor.

Most warehouse digital clocks are sized for a desk and become invisible the moment a forklift parks in front of them. jClock is engineered the other direction: eight-inch red LED digits at 3,200 cd/m² behind an anti-glare panel, designed for legibility across an 80-meter floor and under LED highbay lighting that washes out cheaper displays.

Viewing angle is ±60° in both axes, so the same clock is readable to operators on both sides of a center aisle. The 638 nm red wavelength is the most legible color under mixed warehouse lighting.

Production modes

Count down a cycle. Count up a shift.

For production-cycle facilities, jClock counts down a takt time and visibly resets at the cycle end. For shift-based facilities, it counts up the elapsed time on shift, or holds the time of day for a break-clock display. The same hardware can be three different clocks across the day, driven from a phone or laptop.

Ceiling values include 1 hour, 24 hours, and 100 hours — enough range to drive a five-minute pick cycle or a multi-day continuous-run timer.

Mounting & power

Walnut case, stainless mounts, all-day battery.

Solid walnut, hand-finished, threaded stainless mounting points — built to live above a packing station for years, not weeks. The internal LiFePO₄ battery runs ten hours+ at full brightness, more at half brightness, so the clock keeps running through power events that would dark a wired display.

For permanent installations, the clock can run on continuous AC pass-through with the battery acting as a built-in UPS. For mobile carts and pop-up production lines, the same clock runs all day on internal power and recharges between shifts.
